Your information is used solely to deliver our contracted documentation services, communicate with you about your project, issue invoices, and improve our service quality. We do not use your personal information to market services on behalf of third parties.

We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as secure cloud storage providers) under strict confidentiality obligations. We disclose information where required by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.

Project documentation and client records are retained for five (5) years following the conclusion of your service engagement. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. All project photography and reports are stored in access-controlled cloud storage accessible only to authorised BuildTrack personnel and the client of record.

6. Photographs and Project Materials

All photographs and reports produced as part of your engagement are stored securely and will not be used for any purpose other than service delivery and quality assurance. Project materials will never be published, shared publicly, or used in marketing without your explicit written consent.

7. Your Rights
