BuildTrack Solutions was founded to solve a specific problem: property owners — especially those overseas or managing multiple investments — have no reliable, independent way to know what is actually happening on their construction site.
Contractors report their own progress. Engineers visit infrequently. Banks rely on limited information. BuildTrack fills that gap with scheduled, documented, independent observation — giving clients a clear, honest picture of their build at every stage.
We are not engineers. We are not project managers. We are professional documenters — and we do that one thing with precision, consistency, and full independence from every other party involved in your project.
Independence
We have no contractor relationship nor financial interests in the outcome of any project. Our findings are reported as observed.

Reports are written to be understood and exclude technical jargons. If we saw it, we document it. If we didn’t see it, we say so.
